Issue with Split Meetings Wednesday 30th September 2020 09:20:00


Zoom has received reports of issues where participants joining a meeting are being split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID. Zoom is currently investigating and we will provide updates as we have them. Our initial review shows that OSU is not currently affected by the split meeting issue, but we will continue to report updates.

Zoom has resolved the issue causing a very small subset of participants joining a meeting to be split into multiple meetings with the same meeting ID. We will continue to monitor and provide updates if necessary.

Zoom has identified the issue and they are working to resolve it. We will continue to provide updates as we have them.
