UIT Telecom is conducting patching of the voicemail server operating system. Date/Time: 10/14/2020 5-8pm

Impact: A the beginning of the process there will be a short outage lasting about 20 minutes. During the outage voicemail, only users will not be able to access voicemails and new voicemails will not be sent to email accounts for email integrated users. Following the outage voicemails will be accessible and any voicemails that came in during the outage will be delivered to voicemail boxes or email accounts. Voicemail delivered to integrated email/voicemail accounts prior to the outage can still be accessed and reviewed.
