Box Outage - Login Issues and Slowness Monday 19th October 2020 06:45:00


Users may experience slow response times on Box.com and may encounter the error, "Sorry, we can't access that page." when attempting to log in. Users may also experience 500 errors with API. Box is investigating this issue.

Box has observed a full recovery and continues to monitor this issue.

Box reports signs of recovery and stabilization across all Box services. Users should notice less of an impact at this time. Box is continuing to monitor this issue. Next update in 30 minutes or status change.

Box is continuing to investigate this issue. Login/SSO errors and slowness for uploads/downloads are impacting the Box web application, the desktop applications including Box Drive and Box Sync, and Box mobile applications.
