Telecom will be taking the Voicemail system off-line for maintenance from 12-1pm today to fix a system licensing issue.
While in maintenance:
- Voicemail that has been delivered to integrated email/voicemail accounts will not be affected.
- New voicemails that come in while the system is in maintenance will be queued and delivered after the system is restored.
- Voicemail only and voicemail integrated accounts that attempt to use the telephone user interface (TUI) to check voicemail will be told the system is in maintenance.
- Voicemail only accounts will not be able to check voicemails via the Web Phone manager until the system is up.
