We are aware that some users are reporting that some of their received messages in Outlook appear to be blank. Microsoft has acknowledged this issue and is investigating. We will post updates as we learn more.
Microsoft confirmed the Outlook issue was resolved 5/11 at about 9:00pm PT. Customers may need to restart Outlook. If you are still having issues, please contact the Service Desk at 541-737-8787.
