TeamDynamix Email Issues Thursday 18th November 2021 09:51:00

As of 9:30am, TeamDynamix (which powers OSU's IT ticketing system) posted an incident about email monitoring issues that are causing delays in processing emails. Tickets created by email or replies made by email that go back into the ticket can be delayed by up to an hour. The vendor is investigating this issue — we will share more as it becomes available.

TeamDynamix reports that the issue affecting email monitoring has been resolved.
