Box Service Issue - Service Unavailable Message when Preview or Loading Files Wednesday 19th October 2022 09:10:00

A service issue with Box has been reported and is under investigation. Users may be unable to open or preview files in the Web Application and receive an error "Service Unavailable - We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."

Box has posted a status update: Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where users are getting errors when working within BoxNotes, uploads and downloads, and the public API.
