Box Service Issue Related to Office 365 - Unable to Open Office 365 (Word, Excel) Files in Box Web Application Friday 13th January 2023 10:00:00

OSU's Box account is currently unable to open files from the web application directly in Office 365 applications including Word Online and Excel Online. There is a known issues with Office 365 that may be the underlying issue that is under investigation. Please open files in the desktop applications if you are unable to open files if the online versions of Office. Updates will be posted on https://status.is.oregonstate.edu/ as they become available

This issue has been resolved.

Box has taken steps to remediate this issue and is seeing improvement for this service. We are continuing to monitor for any additional impact.
