On Tuesday, August 29, 2022, we became aware of an operational issue impacting CORE, Jaspersoft, GRS, and the OSUF Systems. All these systems are currently unavailable.

Our UIT Decision Support team is responding to this incident and will post updates here as recovery progresses.

We can confirm the broad recovery of Decision Support services. Jaspersoft is still unavailable. We continue to work towards resolving this issue. We'll provide another update at 9:00 AM PDT if not sooner.
