At 7:08 AM PDT, we became aware of an issue with the OnBase (Nolij) document viewer that is available in CORE and the Grant Reporting System (GRS). After clicking on the red "N" logo to view a document, documents may not return as expected and an error page is displayed; or documents may return after a long wait.

The Data team is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
