AWA job requests are being impacted by closed port issues. We are working to resolve these issues but need to temporarily cut off the ability for folks to add new job requests until the old ones are completed.
Working with Broadcom's Engineers, we rebuilt the AWA database and completed reindexing ~9:30am this morning (Dec 5th). We announced an all clear (tentatively), but are watching to see if resource utilization spikes back up again. That said, we are giving an all clear on this issue with AWA's User Interface.
