Box experiencing major issues with logins, uploads, downloads Friday 15th December 2023 05:15:00

Around 5:15am, we became aware that Box is experiencing a major issue that is affecting logins, uploads, downloads, and API calls for web, desktop and mobile application. Users attempting to use Box may see errors, timeouts, but for the most part services will be completely inaccessible. Box is working to identify and implement a solution to the issue.

As of 12:06 pm, All Box Services should now be restored. We will continue to monitor for any additional impact.

As of 9:48, Box has taken steps to remediate this issue and seeing improvement across all Box Services. We are continuing to monitor for any additional impact as services return back to full functionality.

As of 9:27, Box has identified the underlying cause of this issue and they continue to work towards a full restoration of services as soon as possible. We will continue to post updates as they become available.
