CORE OnBase document viewer operational issue 2024-01-27 Saturday 27th January 2024 16:43:00

At 04:08 PM PST on Saturday, January 27, 2024 we became aware of an issue with the OnBase (Nolij) document viewer that is available in CORE and the Grant Reporting System (GRS).

After clicking on the red "N" logo to view a document, documents may not return as expected and an error page is displayed; or documents may return after a long wait.

Our UIT Decision Support team is responding to this incident and will post updates here as recovery progresses.

This issue has been resolved and all Decision Support systems are operating normally.

We have fixed the issue and are monitoring our service to make sure everything is working as expected. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure that the issue does not recur.
