At 8:16 AM PST on Thursday, February 22, 2024 we became aware of an issue with the OnBase (Nolij) document viewer that is available in CORE and the Grant Reporting System (GRS).

After clicking on the red "N" logo to view a document, documents do not return as expected and an error page is displayed.
