On Wednesday, May 29, 2024, we became aware of an issue impacting some Finance and Pay data. CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS are affected.

Between 6:50 AM AM PDT and 12:40 PM PDT on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, we experienced an operational issue with data and reports in CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS. The issue has been resolved and all Decision Support services are operating normally.

We can confirm the broad recovery of CORE data and reports affected by this issue. We are continuing to work towards full recovery for GRS and Jaspersoft.
