Reporting operational issue - CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS impacted 2024-06-06 Thursday 6th June 2024 06:40:00


We are aware of an issue impacting some Finance and Pay data. CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS are affected.

These CORE reports are unable to run:

[2:14 PM PDT] Between 6:20 AM PDT and 2:14 PM PDT on Thursday, June 6, 2024, we experienced an operational issue with data and reports in CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS.

The issue has been resolved and all Decision Support services are operating normally.

[1:40 PM PDT] We can confirm the broad recovery of CORE data and reports affected by this issue. We are continuing to work towards full recovery for GRS and Jaspersoft.

[12:39 PM PDT] We can confirm the start of recovery for data and reports affected by this issue. We are continuing to work towards full recovery.

Data jobs correcting this issue are still running. We will provide another update at the start of recovery for data and reports affected by this issue, approximately 2 hours.

Our business partners have updated Banner data, and we are now running data jobs to resolve the issue in CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS. The data jobs will take approximately 6 hours to run, although the affected CORE reports will be available again sooner.

We have identified the cause of the reporting issue. We are working with our business partners to update Banner data and resolve this issue. We'll provide another update by 9:00 AM PDT.
