Reporting operational issue - CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS impacted 2024-09-25 Wednesday 25th September 2024 10:50:00


At 9:50 AM PDT on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 we became aware of an issue affecting GRS, Jaspersoft, and some CORE reports.

Operating Ledger data in CORE, Jaspersoft, and GRS has not been refreshed yet today, and does not include transactions from yesterday (Tuesday).

Our UIT Data Team is responding to this incident and will post updates here as recovery progresses.

Between 9:50 AM and 2:37 PM PDT, OSU customers experienced out-of-date Operating Ledger data in CORE, GRS, and Jaspersoft. We can confirm that all data issues have been resolved, and all UIT Data Team services are operating normally.

We can confirm the recovery of CORE reports affected by this issue. We are continuing to work towards full recovery for Jaspersoft and GRS.

Operating Ledger data is still being refreshed.

We are in the process of refreshing the Operating Ledger data.
