Reporting operational issue - Jaspersoft and GRS impacted Wednesday 26th February 2025 09:32:41

At 9:05 AM, we became aware of an issue affecting Finance Operating Ledger data.

These systems have Operating Ledger data that has not been refreshed today and so do not include activity from yesterday:

Grant Reporting System (GRS)
Jaspersoft

Our UIT Data Team is actively working to resolve this issue. We will post updates here as recovery progresses.

Between 8:00 AM PST and 10:18 AM PST on Wednesday, February 26, 2025, we experienced an operational issue with operating ledger data in Jaspersoft and GRS. The issue has been resolved and all UIT Data Team services are operating normally.
