Reporting operational issue 2025-04-25 - Jaspersoft and GRS impacted Friday 25th April 2025 05:00:00

At 7:33 AM PDT on Friday, April 25, 2025, we became aware of an issue affecting Finance Operating Ledger data.

These systems have Operating Ledger data that has not been refreshed today and so do not include activity from yesterday:

Grant Reporting System (GRS)
Jaspersoft

Our UIT Data Team is actively working to resolve this issue and we expect resolution by 10:30 AM. We will post updates here as recovery progresses.

Between 8:00 AM PST and 10:45 AM PDT on Friday, April 25, 2025, we experienced an operational issue with operating ledger data in Jaspersoft and GRS. The issue has been resolved and all UIT Data Team services are operating normally.
