Issues with Multiple Box Services Thursday 12th June 2025 11:19:00
Box is investigating an issue with some Box services. Users may see errors or slowness when attempting to utilize Box. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
After further monitoring, this incident is now considered resolved. Box services have been restored to full functionality.
We are seeing a recovery of Box services, but Box has not posted an all-clear yet. We will continue to monitor for updates and post an all-clear once it's been shared from Box.
The Box cloud service provider has mostly recovered and they are working to continually bring services back. We will continue to monitor and post updates as Box works towards a full recovery of the services impacted.
We are seeing partial recovery of Box services at this time. Some file types may still be unavailable in Box online.
Due to the ongoing Google cloud issues, Box services like Notes, Uploads and Downloads are seeing significant impact. We will continue to monitor for updates and share them as they become available.
