Canvas is currently offline and unvailable due to network connectivity issues with Amazon Web Services. Amazon is continuing to investigate the issue.
Amazon Web Services has remediated the issue which resulted in the Canvas outage. Canvas now appears to be functional for most users, however we will continue to monitor the Canvas status page for an all clear.
Amazon Web Services has identified the root cause of their connectivity issues and is working to mitigate them. Canvas remains offline, and some users are experiencing issues with Qualtrics, Asana, Automic Workload Automation (AWA), Smartsheet, and Canvas-related data reports and dashboards.
An issue with Amazon Web Services is impacting multiple OSU services, including: Canvas, Qualtrics, CORE, AWA, Asana, and the FYRR dashboard.
