Microsoft Service Issue Impacting OSU Logins and Microsoft 365

We are aware of a Microsoft service issue currently impacting OSU logins and Microsoft 365 services.

At this time, users may experience intermittent issues signing in with their OSU credentials and accessing Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive (particularly web-based versions).

Microsoft reports all services are operational now.

Microsoft has identified the cause of the login and Microsoft 365 access issues and is rolling out a fix. Services are starting to recover, though some users may still see intermittent problems with OSU Login and Microsoft 365 web applications like Outlook, Teams, or OneDrive.
