There is a known issue with AWA that affects job queuing – this means that jobs are not running. This affects roughly 2,000 jobs, including things like transcript printing, student refunds, and disbursements. We will be testing a fix for this issue in dev today, Monday, November 10, 2025, and through this evening. If the fix is successful, then we will take an emergency outage to apply the fix in production. We do not yet have an ETA for resolution.
