Current Status

We detected an issue affecting Jaspersoft, causing slow performance or complete unavailability. The issue began at approximately 11:15 a.m.

Scope

Currently, only Jaspersoft is impacted.

User Impact

Users may experience normal performance, slow operation, or inability to access Jaspersoft at all.

What We’re Doing

We are actively investigating the issue, and have involved others in the OSU network operations center.

We will provide another update by 1:00 p.m. or sooner if there are significant changes.

Between 11:15 a.m. and 12:44 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, an operational issue affected Jaspersoft. The issue has been resolved, and all UIT Data Team services are operating normally.
