Microsoft is investigating an issue affecting access to Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and portal page, office.com. Users may be unable to access these services or may experience intermittent connectivity issues.

Workaround: If you are unable to access Microsoft portal page, office.com, try accessing Microsoft 365 applications directly through myapps.microsoft.com. This may allow access to Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services while the issue is being resolved.

Microsoft has identified the issue and is working to restore service. They expect the service to be restored by 3 PM PT. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
