Shortly after noon today we began receiving reports that customers are unable to login to Qualtrics.
This issue also affects access to FERPA training.
The Qualtrics service has been restored. The vendor confirmed the issue and resolved it at about 5:00pm.
The vendor has confirmed there is a known issue that is impacting OSU and other customers.
This issue has been escalated to the vendor. We do not know the cause of this issue yet, nor have an estimated time to repair.
