Outlook time-outs Wednesday 21st August 2019 10:17:00


We are receiving reports of time-outs and delays in both Outlook and Outlook Web App, and are investigating the cause. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact the IS Service Desk at 541-737-8787.

We are still working with the vendor, but the issues reported today have been resolved for now.

A case has been opened with the vendor regarding this issue.

We are still working to determine root cause, but the issue appears to have cleared up by about 12:20pm.
