Outlook Performance Issues Tuesday 27th August 2019 10:17:00


We have received some reports this morning of intermittent connectivity and slowness issues with Microsoft Outlook.

We are still working with the vendor to determine the root cause for this intermittent issue. For now, services are operational.

We are still investigating this issue with the vendor. This is an intermittent, ongoing issue. Users may experience issues when first opening Outlook and in some cases may need to restart Outlook.

The last reported issue today was at about 11:20am. This issue is still under investigation. The vendor has provided some suggested steps which we will take action on tonight during a maintenance window.
