We are aware that approximately 600 users are experiencing issues sending and receiving emails via Exchange Online. We are investigating the issue and will update soon with more information. 

Email is now operating normally.

As reported on Friday, all mail delivery/account access is working properly. We have identified a small number of users who have lost access to their personal archives as a result of this incident.

We have confirmed that the archives are still present but they need to be re-associated with their owners. This is a task that we are working with Microsoft to complete. We will email affected users later today with an update on this process.

The underlying issue has been resolved. We are working with a small number of users who are experiencing difficulty accessing their email personal archives. If you are affected by this problem, please contact the IS Service Desk: beav.es/help.
