Zoom Cloud Recording Processing Delays Tuesday 17th March 2020 07:41:00


Cloud Recording processing times are currently delayed due to excessive demand. Zoom's engineering team has identified the issue and has taken steps to resolve this issue.

All recordings remaining in delayed queue completed processing on Friday, 3/27.

We are continuing to monitor the recording processing delay. The number of videos in the delayed processing queue has reduced from 109 yesterday afternoon (3/19) to 40 this morning (3/20). Recordings made on Wednesday (3/18) or after are processing as usual, with 1 hour meetings typically processing within 2-4 hours. This status will be updated daily until all recordings impacted by this delay have been processed.

Recordings created on Monday (3/16) and Tuesday (3/17) are still facing processing delays. The number of videos in the delayed processing queue has reduced from 165 yesterday afternoon (3/18) to 109 this morning (3/19). Recordings made on Wednesday (3/18) or after are processing as usual, with 1 hour meetings typically processing within 2-4 hours. This status will be updated daily until all recordings impacted by this delay have been processed.
