Avaya CMS out of service Saturday 11th July 2020 13:16:00


The Avaya CMS will be off-line until we can affect some network changes which should occur late morning on Monday July 13th.

CMS is now up and functional.

We have resolved a portion of the issues we were having but still have to get the admin and web interfaces working. The CMS is communicating wtih the PBX and recording stats now.

Further maintenance action has not solved the issue. We have a case open with Avaya support.

The CM and the CMS server are communicating and stats are being recorded, but we cannot yet reach the website. Work is continuing.

Work is still in progress. Having to migrate the CMS VM to the new Avaya cluster. The migration is taking some time to complete.

We have solved the networking issue, but still, need to go back to the server to make a configuration change. This requires some outside assist which won't be available until 3 pm today.

CMS users will continue to get call information at their phones. The CMS server is not accessible for reports and statistics. No stats will be added or recorded until the network issue is resolved.
