PBX upgrade/maintenance Wednesday 22nd July 2020 12:12:58

UIT Telecom is in the process of upgrading the main processor and software on the PBX Gateway located at OSU Cascades Campus. During this time the phones will be out of service until the process is complete.

Date/Time: 12 - 2 pm

Impact: Phones will be down, incoming and outgoing calling will be out of service until this is complete.

System upgrade and testing complete.

The upgrade is complete. Due to some issues with phone recovery following the upgrade it has pushed back the failover tests that are starting now. Active calls should not be impacted but users may notice phones re-registering during the test. Estimate one hour to complete the tests.
