Kaltura/Mediaspace Outage Wednesday 5th August 2020 15:00:00

Starting today at approximately 10:45am, we became aware that newly uploaded videos are not displaying on Kaltura (media.oregonstate.edu). We are working with the vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will post another update by or before 5:00pm.

Kaltura is now operating normally and video uploads/updates are being reflected in a timely manner.

Kaltura identified the issue and applied a fix. System returned to full operation at approximately 2 PM Pacific Time on 8/6/2020.

As of 7:55am on Thursday August 6, new video uploads/updates are now being properly reflected in Kaltura. However, there does appear to be some slowness in videos being displayed. We are monitoring the platforms performance and will send another update if the issue persists.

Uploads/updates to videos made today on the Kaltura video platform still aren't appearing. We will post another update once the issue is resolved.
